Corrections and questions
One person reads this. If you have found a number on this site that is wrong, that is the most useful message you can send.
Glass & Gravel is a publisher, not a shop. There is no premises, no phone line and no order to look up - if you have bought something through one of our links, that order is with the retailer and they are the ones who can help.
A correction. Point at the page and the number. We will check the source and fix it with a dated note rather than editing silently - our editorial policy sets out how.
A product we have missed, particularly one whose manufacturer publishes a full specification. Our registry is deliberately short because we only list what we can source.
A specification that has changed. Manufacturers revise their own documentation and we do not always catch it.
A sick fish. We do not diagnose or recommend medication - diagnosis from a description is unreliable and we hold no qualification that would make the attempt responsible. If the tank has been cold or the water has been untested, start there; if it needs a diagnosis, it needs somebody who can see the animal.
